Select a condo for rental and contact with us. You can contact us any time by phone, email or Skype. Tell us (or email) your favorite room ID and check-in and check-out dates. It's very simple to make this done by filling out the form "Ask for book in online" on page with condo details information. Of course you can ask any additional questions you may have - we will pleased to answer them in detail.
Payment of the book in deposit. After choosing an condo to confirm the seriousness of your intentions you have to send a book in deposit to our company (usually it is 30% of monthly rent). A company representative will tell you (or email) all the necessary details for a bank transfer or transfer by Western Union. If you do not arrive - book in deposit is not refundable! Please remember this. Sorry, but nothing we can do about it.
Making agreement (rental contract). Upon receipt of your book in deposit, we make a contract that protects the interests of both parties (you as a tenant and us as an owner). Scanned copy of the contract is sent to you by email. You can download a sample agreement for review here: Rental agreement .
Your arrival and check-in. Arrive in Bangkok, take a taxi, call us and give phone to taxi driver. We explain to him where to drive and meet you on the spot. You sign a contract, pay the balance amount of rent and security deposit (usually it is equal to one month's rent), we write down electricity and water meter data (for water and electricity, you pay yourself, and this price is not included in the rental). Then - you relax and enjoy Pattaya.
Check-out. When check-out you have to pay for water (32 thai baht per unit), electricity (5 baht per unit) and check-out cleaning (500 baht).
